Watch Lobster Fishermen at Work (From the Cottages)
Every morning, between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, observe the small colorful boats working along the coast. From the cottages, you can see them passing by, and with the binoculars provided in each cottage, you’ll get an even more detailed view. Just a 5-minute walk from the cottage, along the village promenade, you’ll be close to these boats, offering a fascinating spectacle, accompanied by the gannets diving around them. Around 10:00 AM, you can watch them return to the dock to unload their catch of the day. It’s an authentic and typically Gaspé experience. Complete this immersion by visiting the local fish market, where you can buy fresh lobster to cook yourself at the cottage.

Walk Through the Village of Percé (Departure from the cottages)
Enjoy a pleasant walk of about 5 km through the charming village of Percé, admiring the first signs of spring and several breathtaking viewpoints of Percé Rock and the sea. The freshness of the spring air and the scents that announce the first signs of summer make this walk particularly invigorating. Along the way, you’ll discover the iconic Gothic church, a symbol of the village. This activity is a true favorite of the owners, who repeat it several times a week. You can also make a stop at the dock for an authentic local experience, with the possibility of extending your walk according to your desires.

Apéro at Pub Air Salin (5 minutes from the cottages)
After a day of outdoor adventures, why not discover the local flavors? Pub Air Salin, formerly known as Pit Caribou, offers a range of craft beers to enjoy in its pub in downtown Percé. Enjoy the warm atmosphere and the stunning view of the beach while chatting with other nature lovers over a glass of local beer.

Bonaventure Island Cruises (Departure 5 minutes from the cottages)
The cruises to Bonaventure Island allow you to admire up close Percé Rock, Bonaventure Island, and its impressive seabird colonies, including the North American largest gannet colony. In addition to the boat excursion, you’ll have the opportunity to disembark on the island for a hike. The trails, ranging from 1 to 2 hours, offer spectacular views of the sea and local wildlife. These cruises are available from June to October, depending on weather conditions.

Géoparc UNESCO World Heritage Trails in Percé (5 minutes from the cottages)
The Géoparc trails allow you to discover spectacular geology and exceptional landscapes. These trails, spread across 13 routes ranging from 0.5 km to 2.5 km, offer stunning sea views throughout your journey. Mount Sainte-Anne, which occupies a large part of the Géoparc, is an unmissable highlight. The Géoparc is recognized for its unique geological features, which earned it the UNESCO World Heritage site designation. To complete this adventure, don’t miss the glass-floored platform, offering the best viewpoint of Percé and its surroundings.
